My approach is a dance between validation and challenge. We will peel layers to understand how you got here while challenging you to step into healing and thriving. I am an integrative therapist, which means I may integrate interventions from various modalities. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my work is trauma and culturally sensitive.

The right time is now! I believe we all want to be free, feel whole and be at peace. Your body, mind and spirit naturally seek to heal and reintegrate, there are steps we can take together towards this. Throughout my helping years, I have taken this journey with lots of folks, now its your turn.
